                                                  JUDGMENT

          MR. JUSTICE VIRENDRA SINGH, PRESIDENT(ORAL)

Sri Uma Shankar Patva, learned Counsel for the complainant is present. He has been heard on the admission of this complaint. A perusal of the complaint shows that there had been merely oral request by the complainant to the bank authorities for transfer of his loan as well as account to the other bank. An application seems to have been sent by registered post which is at page no.6 of this complaint showing that some informations were sought by the complainant from the bank. In these circumstances we do not find this complaint worth to be admitted there being no written request of the complainant to the bank authorities for the relief claimed. However, a liberty is hereby being given to the complainant to seek the relief sought by the complainant by way of this

complaint before the bank authorities concerned in writing.

Hence, with the aforesaid observations this complaint is hereby decided accordingly on its admission.
