Today is fixed for adducing evidence by the O.P. Both the complainants and the O.P. file their respective haziras. The complainants personally appear today and by filing a petition have prayed to withdraw their case stating that they are not interested to proceed the case further as such the complainants are willing to withdraw this case.

Fees paid are correct.

Hence it is

That the petition of withdrawal filed in this case by the complainants is allowed and accordingly the complainants are permitted to withdraw this case.

The case being no.76/2014 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.
