Hazira submitted. The Ld. Advcoate of the Complainant submitted Ptn.No. 893 on behalf of the Complainant to say that this case may be disposed of on compromise because claim has been settled a compromise of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) only.

Accordingly, this case is disposed of on compromise. The O.P. is to pay Rs.2,00,000/- to the Complainant immediately within a period of 15 days from today.

Seen Ptn.No. 890 of the O.P. The O.P. is praying time to deposit the cheque. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. If the O.P. fail to deposit the cheque of Rs.2,00,000/- within the 15 days from today, the Complainant may realize the amount by applying the procedure U/S 25 of the C.P. Act. and in fit case may approach the Consumer Forum for coercive measure.

 With the above this case is disposed of on compromise without any proceeding cost.
