        Today the case is fixed for filing power of attorney by OP No.1 and for filing reply by OPs No.1 & 2. However, ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement to the effect that the matter in question has been compromised with the OPs, therefore,

he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of statement of ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
