File taken up today on an application for withdrawal of complaint on the ground that the complainant has arrived at compromise with the OPs.
Shri Atush Badyal, Assistant Manager, LPG Sales, Indian Oil Corporation, Karnal appeared on behalf of OP and suffered his separate statement to the effect that he has placed on record cheque bearing No.011883 amounting ₹35,250/- dated 22.12.2020 darwan on HDFC Bank Ltd in favour of complainant Mala Devi being settled amount.
Complainant Mala Devi appeared and suffered her separate statement to the effect that she has received cheque No.011883 amounting ₹35,250/- dated 22.12.2020 darwan on HDFC Bank Ltd from OP No.1 as full and final settlement against her claim. She has further stated that she has fully satisfied and nothing has remained due towards OP-company, therefore, she does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. Complainant has been duly identified by her counsel.
In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
