The Ld. Advocate on behalf of OP, The Principal-In-Charge, Indian Institute of Legal Studies makes payment amounting to Rs.45,950/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Only) to the Complainant in cash as refund of fees against him cancellation of admission in five years B.A., LL.B course in academic session 2023- 2024 to the full and final satisfaction. This is the full and final settlement of his claim.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the complaint case is disposed of on consent by the parties.

No order as to cost.

Hence, it is

That the complaint case No. CC/70/2024 be and the same is hereby disposed of.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
