Ravinder Paul Singh son of Shri Pargat Singh, resident of 6-B Block, Ward no.16, Shri Karanpur, District Shri Ganga Nagar (Rajasthan).

1. CHD Developers Ltd. SF 16-17, First Floor, Madame Bikaji Cama Bhawan, 11, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066, through its Chairman Rajinder Mittal and Director Gaurav Mittal.

2. Rajinder Mittal, Chairman, CHD Developers Ltd.

3. Gaurav Mittal son of Rajinder Mittal, Director, CHD Developers Ltd. SF 16-17, First Floor, Madame Bikaji Cama Bhawan, 11, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066. And also available at CHD City, Karnal.

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

                 Both the parties made a joint statement that the parties in the present complaint and in the complaint titled as Tejinder Paul Singh Versus CHD Developers (Complaint no.CC no.73/2017), have entered into a compromise. A written compromise in this regard has been executed between the parties, which has been placed on record as Ex.Cx in the case titled as Tejinder Paul Singh Vs. CHD Developers (CC no.73/2017). A copy of the said compromise Ex.Cx has been placed on record of the present complaint. Both the parties shall be bound by the compromise Ex.Cx. In terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties may be directed to be bound by the compromise Ex.Cx.

        In view of joint statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties are bound by their respective statement. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
