          Complainants are remaining absent in spite of notice published on the Notice Board of this Commission, the Bar and on Internet, as well as separate intimation given by way of abundant precaution by post on 19/01/2012.  The complainant No.1 is an institution which has many standing lawyers, who are appearing before this Commission and so also the case of complainant No.2/Insurance Company.  Ms.Sharleen Lobo, Advocate Proxy for M/s.Mulla & Mulla appeared for the opponent/Indian Airlines.  She files authority letter, taken on record.  Under the circumstances, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.       Complaint stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
