Complainant was directed to satisfy this Commission on maintainability of the complaint as the transaction is commercial in nature since this Commission has no jurisdiction. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant including today.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution as well as on grounds of non-maintainability. File be consigned to record room.
