Statement of Dr.Gurmit Singh Atwal,Complainant in Person along with Counsel Sh.Surat Chander, Adv.recorded that today, he has received a Cheque bearing No.000044 dated 15.3.2023 for Rs.1,31,873.30 and Cheque bearing No.000048 dated 24.3.2023 for Rs.6,940.70 (Totaling to amount of Rs.1,38,814/-), each drawn on Bank of Baroda, in his favour as full & final payment against the claim amount of Rs.1,85,085/-. Now nothing remains due against the OPs. As such, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.
So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Complainant in Person along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
