2. Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd., Corporate office-Indiabulls House, 448-451 Udhyog Vihar, Phase-V Gurgaon, through its Managing Director.

ORDER:

                   Shri Sanjeev Kumar Manager (Legal) for OPs alongwith Shri Vineet Rathore Advocate made statement that ‘No Dues Certificate’ to the complainant regarding the present loan case would be issued within a period of one month.

                    Keeping in view the said statement learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
