ORDER

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Pardeep Singh, Complainant, has stated that he has received settlement letter No.Dhani-077628, dated 10.10.2023 from OP No.1 with regard to deposit of Rs.13,000/- as full and final settlement. It has been further stated by complainant that he has deposited the said amount of Rs.13,000/- in the account of OP No.1 on 30.10.2023 through Paytm vide UPI Ref. No.330364853161 and at this stage, he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further against the OPs and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint if the NOC is not received from the OP No.1. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
