           Complaint is allowed.   Op is directed to refund Rs.8,400/- to the complainant and a gift voucher for Rs.2,500/- within 15 days from the date of this order.   Failing which, Op shall pay interest @ 15% p.a on the above amount of Rs.8,400/- from the date of this order till payment.

 

           Op shall also pay cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant.
