Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 04.11.2024. Complainant is not appearing after filing of the present complaint consecutively for past two dates of hearing i.e. 05.11.2024 and 25.11.2024. On 25.11.2024 last and final opportunity was given to Complainant for addressing arguments on admission. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
