ORDER

Ms.Tina Trivedi, learned  counsel for the appellant.

Heard on admission.

We have perused the order passed by the District Consumer Forum, Ujjain in case no.605/09 dated 28.07.15, wherein the Forum has very 

elaborately on page 5 in paragraph no.13 and 14 held that the complainant / appellant does not fall under the definition of “Consumer” as per the Consumer er Protection Act.

We have gone through the case and found that the order passed by the District Forum is up to the mark and needs no interference at all.

The appeal filed by the appellant has no weight.  The appeal is therefore, dismissed at the admission stage itself.
