Complt is present. The order follows :

                On perusal of the petition  along with documents annexed, we are of  the candid opinion that a person cannot urn his livelihood on the basis of some speculations, what he has stated in para no. 2 of his complt/petition. The complt is engaged in share-trading for earning his livelihood as self-employment. And he opened a DP a/c with the o.p. to purchase and sell shares. So, it is evident that he is engaged in share business, which does not come under the purview of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. And he is not a Consumer u/s 2(d)  of C. P. Act, 1986. Accordingly, the petition filed by the complt is devoid of merit and cannot be admitted. Hence, the case/petition is rejected and finally disposed of from this Forum.
