This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 9-9-2014, in the presence of Sri M.Sampath, Advocate for complainant and Sri Ch. Srinivas, Advocate for opposite party no.1 and 2 and Sri E. Raja Reddy, Advocate for opposite party no.3, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

Both the counsels filed memo expressing that the matter settled for Rs.33,296/- and the opposite party deposited a D.D. dt. 17-9-2014 to this effect.
Hence the C.C. stands closed.
