Statement of Sh.Dhian Singh, DH in Person recorded that today he has received Original Sale Deed executed by Sh.Krishan Kumar in favour of Smt.Harjit Kaur wife of Sh.Dhian Singh bearing No.2818 dated 25.7.2002 from the Counsel for the JD before this Hon'ble Commission. As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present execution application and same may kindly be disissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the DH in Person, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
