ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed against opposite party No.1 and 2 and dismissed against opposite party No.3 as under. 2.Opposite party No.1 and 2 are directed to refund Rs.60,168/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 14.03.2000 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.500/-. The amount shall be paid within 2 months. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
