Today  is fixed  for  order  on the  joint petition   no- 511/20. Accordingly record is  put up. Both   the parties  have  filed  the  above  joint petition   for filing  settlement  of the  case  and the  opp. party  have  handed  over  a cheque  bearing  no- 043547  dtd.  29/07/2020  to the  complainant . A  final settlement  of the  parties  to the  dispute   the  compromise  petition  is allowed. Case is  disposed  of on  compromise  on the  basis  of terms  and  condition  of the  petition no- 511/2020.
