2]                 However, the complainant later on wanted to change the terms & conditions of the sanction letter, which were not acceptable to the OP. It is pleaded that since the complainant failed to give required 30 days notice to Kotak Mahindra Bank before paying off the loan, which was disbursed by the OP Bank having validity of 30 days, so the lapse was on the part of the complainant. It is also pleaded that the complainant very cleverly negotiated with both the banks i.e. Kotak Mahindra as well as India Bulls in order to get the best deal, whereas the offer of the OP was already accepted by the complainant. Rest of the allegations have been denied with a prayer to dismiss the complaint.
