              Ms.Priya Kanda, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects, he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. File be consigned to the record room.
