ORDER

                    Sh. G.S. Jagpal, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The matter has been amicably settled between the parties as per Annexure Z. Now I do not wish to press this complaint further and there is no grouse against the OPs. It be dismissed as withdrawn”. 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
