Today Counsel for the JD has produced a Copy of Stay Order passed by Hon'ble State Commission. The Hon'ble State Commission has stayed the operation of the impugned order vide Order dated 11.11.2014, subject to the appellant i.e. JD depositing 50% of the awarded amount minus the amount, if any, within a period of three weeks with this Commission, failing which the stay shall stand vacated automatically, so the present proceedings are adjourned sine die. After the decision of the appeal by the Hon'ble State Commission, either party shall be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived by moving an application in this regard. File be consigned to the record room.
