Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has filed  said complaint on 20/01/2020, thereafter he appeared lastly on 18/08/2020 to argue the matter on admission .  Thereafter, the complainant did not appeared before the commission on  18/11/2020, 28/01/2021, 30/03/2021, 27/07/2021, 04/10/2021, 02/12/2021, 24/02/2022, 06/04/2022 and finally on 11/07/2022. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
