D.Hr is present and A/r for J.Dr is also present. This record is put up today on the strength of a receipt memo filed by the D.Hr. – Jayant Kumar Patro, wherein he has stated that he has received the entire decretal amount of Rs. 12,100/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand One Hundred) only by means of a cheque bearing no. 037079 dated 20.03.2019 for Rs. 12,100/- drawn on HDFC Bank from the J.Dr. i.e. Lava International Limited in the present E.P. Case 01 of 2019, arising out of C.C. No. 28 of 2018 of this Forum and he does not have any further claim from the J.Drs.

Called for the record and perused the order dated 09.10.2018 passed in C.C. No. 28 of 2018 and ascertained that as per said order, the J.Dr – Lava International Limited has complied the order and paid the entire decretal amount to the D.Hr. and D.Hr has also received the same to his entire satisfaction.  It is also ascertained that the D.Hr has no further claim against the J.Drs Hence we are inclined to drop the case as fully complied.    The present E.P. Case No. 01 of 2019 is closed henceforth.
