3.In-Time Promoters Pvt.Ltd. Rohit Properties, Sector -4, Karnal, through Sh.Rohit Kumar, Authorized person(Mob No.9896670850).

ORDER:

                      Sh.M.K.Aggarwal, representative for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that the matter has been compromised and as per compromise he has received the cheque No.397870 dated

17.6.2015 fort Rs.1790/- from the counsel for the Ops. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statement made  by Sh.M.K.Aggarwal, representative for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
