Learned counsel Sh. Sachin Chaudhary for revisionist has appeared through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for revisionist has stated that the above noted revision petition has become infructuous in the light of the order dated 24.08.2021(paper Nos. 30 to 33) passed by the District Commission, Haridwar, hence the revisionist wants to withdraw the above noted revision petition. Learned counsel for the revisionist has also stated that his withdrawal application should be allowed.

As per the version of the learned counsel for revisionist, the revision petition has become infructuous, hence in the light of the withdrawal application (paper Nos. 28 & 29), the revision petition is hereby dismissed, as withdrawn.  No order as to costs.
