Complainant was not appearing and Court Notice was issued.  He is present and wants to withdraw the complaint.  His identity from his Aadhar Card in his mobile phone seen.  His Vakalatnamam is put to him to confirm as to whether same bears his signature, which is confirmed by him.  It is further submitted that he does not want to pursue this matter.  His statement has been recorded separately.  Complaint case is dismissed as withdrawn.
