The complainant is present on call. Heard on the memo dt.18.03.2024. On being examining the complainant present it is found that complainant on his sweet will wants to withdraw this complaint as the dispute has already been settled amicably between the parties outside this Commission.

In view of the said memo and settlement of the dispute amicably between the parties this complaint is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, the OP 1 is directed to prepare the rate chart of the liquor available for sale at his shop and to affix it in a conspicuous part of the retail shop so as to make aware of the customer regarding the proper price/MRP of the product.

The OP 2/Superintendent of Police, Excise is directed to ensure that each and every FL Shop there under   his supervising jurisdiction shall have proper rate chart of the product available for sale at the concern FL Shop and further directed to ensure sale of liquor to the consumers as per the price fixed by or under prevailing law for retail sale and further directed to ensure fair trade practice towards the consumer.

Both the Ops are directed to submit the compliance report of this order within 30 days of receiving of this order.

                        Extract of this order be communicated to the parties for compliance.
