            Complainant is absent on call. It is seen from the record that , The complainant is absent on 07.05.2018, 22.05.2018,25.06.2018, 09.07.2018 and 16.07.2018 , which shows that from the date of filing the complainant is not proceeding in his case. hence the complainant is not interested to proceed in his case. Accordingly the case of the complainant is dismissed for default.
