Appellant through Mr. S. Nayak, the Ld. Advocate is present.  Mr. Debesh Halder, the Ld. Advocate files Vokalatnama on behalf of the Respondent.  This appeal has been filed out of time by about 270 days.  It appears from the record of this case that impugned judgement was delivered on 27.08.2010 by specifically notifying the said date for such delivery of judgement by the Forum below.  Further it appears that the certified copy of the same was applied for after expiry of about eight months.  No explanation has been given in the above application as to why the Appellant filed the said application for certified copy of the aforesaid impugned order at such a belated stage.  The above period of eight months has not at all been explained in the petition for condonation of delay.  Accordingly we are not satisfied with the cause for filing the appeal beyond the prescribed period of limitation.  The petition for condonation of delay is accordingly dismissed.  The appeal shall accordingly stand dismissed being barred by limitation.
