Sri Puneet Sahai Bisari, ld. counsel for the complainant is present. Sri Saurabh Singh holding brief of Mr. Manu Dixit, ld. counsel for the opposite parties no.1 & 2 is present. Sri Sachin Garg, ld. counsel for the opposite party no.3 is present.  

          Sri Saurabh Singh, ld. counsel for the opposite parties no.1 & 2 has placed a photostat copy of the settlement letter showing that the loan amount has already been refunded and therefore, a settlement deed has been executed.

          The photostat copy of the aforesaid settlement letter for the loan account no.783204 dated 31.5.2024 be kept on record.

          Accordingly, the complaint is disposed of in view of the aforesaid settlement.   

          A certified copy of the order will be placed by the appellant/complaint within two weeks from today.  

          The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
