                            Sh.Amarpal Singh, complainant suffered statement that due to certain technical defects, he wants to withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. Consequently, in view of above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
