ORDER

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after January, 2020 by the parties and this matter pertains to the educational institution . In our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable in view of the law settled by Hon’ble of Manu Solanki vs Vinayak mission University. Hence the complaint is dismissed being not maintainable before this Comission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate court. File be consigned to  record room.
