                        Complainant made a statement that he made party IGNOU Help Center for providing wrong solved assignment, but concerned Postman sent the Court notice to IGNOU, New Delhi. He further stated that respondent i.e. IGNOU, New Delhi appeared and he satisfied that Court notice delivered wrongly to IGNOU, New Delhi instead of IGNOU, Help Center. He further stated that he withdraws the present petition as he has no grievance with the University and its Officials and requested to disposed off the petition.

                        As per the statement given by the complainant, the postman has wrongly delivered the court notice to IGNOU, New Delhi. We have perused the summons issued by this Commission. Upon the summon, the address is same which has been mentioned in the complainant by the complainant. The complainant has not placed on record any document to prove this fact that this summon has been delivered on a wrong address. Hence this pleading in the statement has been turned down. Moreover, the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint.

            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
