              Case called several times since morning. But neither  complainant-DH, nor his counsel has appeared. It appears that the complainant-DH is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. It is already 03.55 pm. Further wait is not Justified. Accordingly, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
