              File taken up today ( 22.03.2016) on the application filed by ld. Counsel for the respondent JD as he has deposited the cheque for Rs. 12,38,249/- in favour of Complainant- DH. The said cheque has been received by the complainant-DH vide his separate statement. Complainant-DH has also made a statement that he shall transfer the RC of the vehicle in the name of the company and he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be Dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

              Statement recorded separately and keeping in view to above statement of the complainant –DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
