                                    Learned counsel for parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties.  As per settlement, the respondent/Insurance Co. will pay Rs.58,000/- to the appellant/complainant, towards full and final settlement of her claim, within one month from today.

2.         In view of the aforesaid settlement, the appeal stands disposed of.
