ORDER

         Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received a cheque no. 000098 dated 5.12.2018 worth Rs. 12,08,500/- from the respondents- JDs and now nothing is due towards the respondents- JDs. Thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

         Statement recorded separately.

         Hear.

         Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn.

         File be consigned after due compliance.
