Rajbala Vs. IFFCO TOKIO GIC & Anr.

 

Present:-       Complainant in person with counsel Sh. Azad Singh Ghanghas and Sh. Satender Ghanghas, Advocates.

                    Sh. Rajbir Singh, Advocate for OPs.

 

                    Today, learned counsel for OPs has made a statement that the present matter has compromised between the parties to the complaint, according to which, OPs will pay Rs.15,00,000/- (Rs. fifteen lacs) to the complainant as full and final settlement, within one month from the receipt of certified copy of this order. His statement to this effect recorded separately.

                    Upon which, complainant has made a statement that in terms of above statement, the case may be decided. Her statement to this effect recorded. Complainant has been identified by counsel.

                    In view of the above statements, present complaint stands disposed of being compromised. Parties are directed to remain bound by their respective statement. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, as per rules, free of costs. File be consigned to the records, as per rules.
