Present: Complainant in person with Sh. Vikas Kharia, Advocate. Sh.  Madan Goyal, Advocate for ops.            
This case is fixed for today for exploring the possibility of  compromise between the parties on the request of learned counsel for parties in the “Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for ops has suffered a statement that as per report of ops, ops are ready to pay Rs.4815/- through Lok Adalat which is acceptable to the complainant, so the present complaint may be disposed of. Complainant has also suffered a statement that he is agreed with the statement of learned counsel for ops and present complaint may be disposed of in view of the statements. In view of the above statements, ops are directed to pay Rs.4815/- to the complainant, failing which complainant will be entitled to receive the amount of Rs.4815/- from ops alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment. The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
