Counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that complainant has supplied all the required documents to the insurance company/OP on 21.07.2017 and prayed that direction may kindly be passed to the insurance company/OP to decide the matter within 60 days and he withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint, if insurance company/OP not decide the matter within above said period.

          In view of abovesaid statement of counsel for complainant, this complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with direction to OPs diposed off the matter either way within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, complainant is given liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, as per law.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties, as per rules.
