          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Ms.Komal Sharma, Complainant have received the original key of her car from M/s. IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Co. Ltd. (OP) on 24.08.2018 without prejudice to her right to re-file the claim.   Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
