Today, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant, whereas learned counsel Smt. Anjali Gusain along with her associate Sh. Deepak Kumar Sati, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of the opposite parties, who represented the respondents in First Appeal No. 125 of 2022; Sh. Sunil Mehta Vs. IFFCO TOKIO GIC Limited and another, order passed wherein has been challenged by the applicant in the present review application.

In the absence of the applicant, the review application is hereby dismissed.  No order as to costs.
