Present:     Shri R.K.Chauhan, counsel for DH.

                  

                   Exectution application has been presented today. It be checked and registered. A careful perusal of the execution application shows that vide award dated 12.03.2021, this Commission passed an order directing the OP (Religare Health Insurance) to pay ₹1,43,056/- to complainant with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of repudiation of claim till its realization. Further the OP was directed to pay ₹20,000/- on account of mental agony and harassment and ₹11,000/- for litigatioin expenses to complainant. 

                   That award was passed against Religare Health Insurance Company but in the present execution application, the DH is seeking execution of the award against Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Limited which is not justified. Since, the award was passed against Religare Health Insurance, hence, the present execution application against Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed. However, the DH is at liberty to file fresh execution application. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
