2. Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Ltd. Sahib Gurudwara Chowk SCO/861-862 Main Road Ropar Punjab-140001.

3. Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Ltd. Ground Floor SCO no.19-20, Sector-12 Urban Estate, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

ORDER:                                               

                   Learned counsel for complainant made a statement that in the present case the untraced report has not been allowed by the court. When the untraced report will be allowed, further action will  be taken by receipt of the copy of order on regarding that report and he wants to withdraw the present complaint. The complainant also stated that if there will be need to file the complaint he will file the same and permission for filing the same may be granted.

                       In view of the statement of learned counsel of complainant the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to seek remedy in accordance with the provision of law. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
