     Raman son of Shri Karan Singh, Resident of # 309, Mohalla Near Vodafone Tower, Village Samlehri, District Ambala.

     1.       IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company Limited, Regd. Office “IFFCO                     Sadan”, C-1, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017, through its Authorized               Signatory.

     2.       IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company Limited, Minerva Cinema Complex,            IInd Flour, Rai Market, Ambala Cantt. through its Branch Manager.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

 

Order by:-  Smt. Neena Sandhu, President.

 

                   Today, the learned counsel for OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has been settled between the parties to the tune of Rs.5,47,250/- for which complainant will supply duly signed letter of subrogation, indemnity bond and Form No.29 & 30 to the OPs, within 45 days. Payment shall be disbursed within 45 days to the complainant.  On the other hand, the learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has heard the abovesaid statement and accept lumpsum payment of Rs.5,47,250/-, complaint shall supply the abovesaid documents to the OPs. Counsel for the complainant also stated that he agrees with the statement of counsel for the OPs and withdraws the present complaint.

                    In view of the statements suffered by the learned counsel for the complainant and learned counsel for the OPs, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statement. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
