Case is called out.  Sh. Ankit Negi, learned counsel for the complainant and Smt. Anjali Gusain, learned counsel for opposite party Nos. 1 to 3 are present.  Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia, learned counsel for opposite party No. 4 is present through video conferencing.

A joint application has been moved on behalf of the complainant and opposite party Nos. 1 to 3 to the effect that the complainant wants to withdraw the consumer complaint and opposite party Nos. 1 to 3 have no objection to the same.  Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia, learned counsel for opposite party No. 4 states that he has also no objection if the complainant is permitted to withdraw the consumer complaint.  Further, learned counsel for the parties submitted that both the parties have entered into compromise, hence the complainant may be permitted to withdraw the consumer complaint.

In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed.  Consequently, the consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
