The Record is put up on the strength of memo filed by Advocate for O.P. and he also files memo of appearance on the side of O.P. The O.P. files deposit memo and mentioned that as per order dt. 12.04.2021 in C.C. Case No. 4/2011, the O.P. has deposited A/C payee cheque bearing No. 005439 dt. 30.04.2022 of Deutsche Bank, Chennai for Rs. 4, 66,264.00 in favour of Complainant. The copy of memo received by Advocate for the Complainant has no objection. The Advocate for the Complainant received the said cheque with full and final satisfaction amount. Hence in view of memo filed by Advocate for O.P./J.Dr. the case is dropped accordingly.
